How We Started

 

In 2003 Mark opened a pizza restaurant, built from the ground up.  While searching for a restaurant point of sale for the new restaurant, he despaired at the lack of affordable options in the market place.  


In his search for a high quality and affordable option, Mark stumbled upon a software company - Point of Success and, with his IT background, put together a complete system for his restaurant.  


After realizing the need for high quality affordable point of sale,  Mark sold the pizza restaurant to focus solely on bringing restaurants an alternative to the high priced systems currently on the market.   Drawing from his synergistic experience in retail, restaurants, and IT, Mark has continued to grow Point of Solutions.


Anne  -  CFO / Operations

Anne worked her way through college in restaurants before a twenty plus year career with The Home Depot. 

Lindsay - Projects & Programming

Through and after college, Lindsay worked every aspect of the restaurant business including General manager.

Mark  -  CEO

After working through college in restaurants, Mark honed his customer service and IT skills at The Home Depot, before opening his own restaurant.

Lisa - Help Desk / Tech

Lisa  has worked various IT help desks throughout her career.  Her passion for customer service makes her a great addition to our team!

Ryan - Projects

Ryan is in the process of completing his digital media arts degree and has been working with computers for the past 18 years.
